Tecta America Commercial Roofing has acquired J3 Systems, a family-owned commercial roofing contractor based in Bosque Farms, New Mexico. The deal gives Tecta its first presence in New Mexico; J3 Systems will continue to operate under its name with Jeremy Utash serving as President and existing employees remaining in place.
