Skyline will operate as Skyline Roofing, a Tecta America company, with Kevin Weaver remaining as president and the existing leadership team and employees retained.

Tecta America Corporation Acquires J Reynolds & Co., Inc.

Tecta America Corporation, a portfolio company of Altas Partners, acquired J Reynolds & Co., Inc., a commercial roofing and waterproofing contractor based in Saginaw, Texas; the transaction closed on December 31, 2020. Kratos Capital advised J Reynolds on the sale as J Reynolds becomes part of Tecta’s national platform to expand its commercial roofing and waterproofing capabilities and geographic reach.

Tecta America Acquires Roof Services of New York

TMR will operate as "Tuscano-Maher Roofing, a Tecta America Company, LLC," with existing leadership (Mike Maher, Marty Nalevanko, Joe Slapinski) remaining in their current roles to support continued service to local municipalities, property owners and managers.
