LiveOne Acquires Palm Beach Records

LiveOne (Nasdaq: LVO) has completed the acquisition of Palm Beach Records, a South Florida-based recording studio and label founded by Christian "Rekstarr" Ocampo. LiveOne will operate Palm Beach Records as a wholly-owned subsidiary and plans to expand the studio's music and podcast operations to sign and break new talent, produce exclusive content for members, and support local events in South Florida.
