LiveXLive Media Acquires Gramophone Media, Inc.

LiveXLive Media entered into a binding letter of intent to acquire Gramophone Media, Inc., an NYC-based artist and brand development and PR agency. Gramophone's founder and sole shareholder Eshy Gazit will remain to lead the business, which will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary and is expected to be immediately accretive and expand LiveXLive's artist services and marketing capabilities.
