Morae Global Corporation has acquired Gimmal, an end-to-end information governance software platform, integrating Gimmal’s IG SaaS into Morae’s MorAI-driven legal technology and services. The deal, completed under Morae’s PE-backed ownership by Lateral Investment Management, strengthens Morae’s legal-tech capabilities and expands its offering to law firms, corporate legal departments and government clients.

Gimmal Acquires Infolinx

Gimmal LLC has acquired Infolinx, a Maryland-based provider of physical records management software, to expand Gimmal's physical records management capabilities within its Gimmal Records Management platform. The deal adds warehouse and space management, legacy physical-records migrations, asset tracking and third-party storage integrations to Gimmal's offering; Madison Park Group advised Gimmal and DecisionPoint advised Infolinx.

The purchase adds ECM Wise's migration software and team to Gimmal's product suite (marketed as Gimmal Migration), expanding Gimmal's migration capabilities; Madison Park Group served as financial advisor to Gimmal on the deal.

Compass Acquires Glide Labs
