Sun Capital said it will apply its industrial and buy-and-build expertise to accelerate EIS's growth, expand service capabilities and capitalize on growing demand for environmental safety and infrastructure remediation.

EIS Holdings Invests in Potomac Abatement

O2 Investment Partners Invests in Capital Construction

O2 Investment Partners has partnered with Capital Construction, LLC and CEO Andy Oakes in a platform investment to support the company's growth; terms were not disclosed. Capital Construction, headquartered in Burnsville, Minnesota, provides roof replacement and exterior restoration services to single-family and multi-family residential customers and will work with O2 to scale operations and pursue strategic M&A and geographic expansion.

Centex, a Tomball, Texas-based provider of renovation, restoration, and maintenance services to large multi-family property managers, will use the capital to pursue organic and inorganic growth across adjacent services and geographies.
