PlayCore Holdings, Inc. has acquired AquaWorx, a St. Petersburg, Florida-based manufacturer of packaged filtration systems, waterslides and interactive aquatic play features. The acquisition brings AquaWorx into PlayCore’s Aquatics Group and is intended to expand PlayCore’s capacity and product offering in the recreational and commercial aquatics market.
