Fluid System Components, Inc. (FSC) has acquired Norcan Fluid Power Company, a long‑standing fluid power distributor in Western Canada. The deal expands FSC’s geographic footprint and technical capabilities—creating the only Bosch Rexroth distributor network spanning both the United States and Canada and adding Norcan’s service, engineering and distribution expertise to FSC’s offerings.
