Cygna Labs Acquires Diamond IP from BT

Cygna Labs has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Diamond IP from BT, bringing the DDI (DNS/DHCP/IPAM) business into Cygna’s portfolio to accelerate product innovation and global DDI support. The deal makes Diamond IP a standalone DDI vendor within Cygna Labs while enabling BT to resell Diamond IP to its global customers.

Nominet Acquires CyGlass

The technology—originally developed with support from Arizona State University LightWorks and the U.S. Navy Office of Naval Research (NEPTUNE)—adds predictive, pre-breach insights that map vulnerabilities to real-world attacker behavior and improve remediation prioritization.
