German systems integrator N3K (a VR Equitypartner portfolio company) has acquired Cygna Labs, a Miami Beach–based provider of Microsoft-focused hybrid and cloud auditing and compliance software. The deal secures Cygna Labs’ IP and is intended to expand N3K’s compliance and auditing product capabilities; financial terms were not disclosed. Cygna Labs was previously majority owned by Blackbird Ventures.

Cloud Equity Group Acquires Data Network Services

BBH Capital Partners Acquires DynaGrid Holdings from CIC Partners

DynaGrid, a Dallas-area provider of subgrade and sitework services for electric utility transmission infrastructure, will keep co-founders Charlie Ferrara and Kendrew Witt in their current roles with continued significant ownership.

BlueCat Networks Acquires Men&Mice

BlueCat Networks, a portfolio company of Audax Group, has acquired Men&Mice to strengthen its DNS, DHCP, and IP address management (DDI) platform. The deal brings Men&Mice's Micetro IPAM and orchestration capabilities into BlueCat's offering to expand its mid-market and enterprise DDI coverage; financial terms were not disclosed.

Nominet Acquires CyGlass

Mellanox Technologies Acquires Titan IC

Mellanox Technologies has reached a definitive agreement to acquire Titan IC, a Belfast-based developer of network intelligence and deep packet inspection acceleration technology. The deal will integrate Titan IC's RXP regular expression processor and team into Mellanox's ConnectX and BlueField SmartNIC/IPU product lines to expand network intelligence, security, and data-analytics capabilities.
