IAC's Dotdash completed its acquisition of Meredith Holdings Corp. in an all-cash transaction at $42.18 per share, creating Dotdash Meredith — the largest digital and print publisher in the United States. The combined company, headquartered in New York City and led by CEO Neil Vogel, unites Meredith's iconic magazine brands and first-party data with Dotdash's digital and e-commerce capabilities to scale advertising and digital revenue.
