Tide Rock, an unlevered buyout firm, has acquired Precision Waterjet & Laser (now Precision Advanced Machining) in Anaheim, California, and Made in America Manufacturing in Buda, Texas, establishing two complementary precision machining platforms. The acquisitions expand Tide Rock's capabilities in precision CNC machining, waterjet/laser cutting, and full-service metal fabrication to serve aerospace, space systems, defense, and advanced industrial customers nationwide.
