High Tide Acquires 80% Stake in FABCBD (Fab Nutrition, LLC)

High Tide Inc. completed the acquisition of an 80% interest in Fab Nutrition, LLC (operating as FABCBD) for US$20.64 million, paid with cash and High Tide common shares, with a three-year option to acquire the remaining 20%. The deal includes an earn-out tied to 2021 gross revenues and put/call options on the remaining equity, and is intended to expand High Tide’s presence in the U.S. e‑commerce market for hemp‑derived CBD products.
