Tide Rock Holdings Acquires Fabcon

Tide Rock Holdings has acquired Fabcon, a Santa Ana, California–based contract manufacturer specializing in precision sheet metal, machining and electronic assembly, to expand its metals division alongside existing portfolio companies Bayless Manufacturing and Accu-Fab. The deal adds vertically integrated manufacturing capabilities and capacity in the Western U.S. to Tide Rock's metals portfolio to support growth across industrial and electronics end markets.

U.S. Pipe Acquires Custom Fab, Inc.

United States Pipe and Foundry Company, LLC (U.S. Pipe), a portfolio company of Wynnchurch Capital and Comvest Partners, has acquired Custom Fab, Inc., a Florida-based fabricator of pipes and fittings serving the waterworks industry. The deal expands U.S. Pipe's fabrication footprint, adds specialty linings and coatings capabilities, and is intended to improve cost position and customer service across both companies' customer base.

The deal expands Wastequip's parts catalog, technical support and distribution footprint across major U.S. metropolitan areas and will fold Wastequip's Go To Parts brand into the Wastebuilt name.

The deal expands MEC's metal fabrication capabilities and accelerates its entry into the high‑growth critical power infrastructure and data center end markets.
