Wastequip Acquires Consolidated Fabricators Corporation (ConFab)

Wastequip signed a definitive agreement to acquire Consolidated Fabricators Corporation (ConFab), a family-owned West Coast manufacturer of custom waste containers based in Van Nuys, California. The deal expands Wastequip’s West Coast manufacturing, steel-processing and repair capabilities and adds over 250 ConFab employees and multiple California and Tijuana facilities to its network.
