GameSquare Holdings, Inc. has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire FaZe Holdings Inc. (“FaZe Clan”) in an arm’s-length all-stock transaction. The deal is expected to close in Q4 2023, pending shareholder approvals, regulatory approvals, completion of GameSquare’s private placement, and other customary closing conditions.
