GEF Capital Partners acquired a controlling interest in EnviroMix, a Charleston-based provider of water and wastewater mixing and process control technologies. EnviroMix's management retained a significant equity stake and will partner with GEF to accelerate product development and expand into new municipal and industrial markets.
