Gemspring-Backed TRG Acquires Barcode Supply

TRG, a portfolio company of Gemspring Capital, acquired Barcode Supply, a provider of barcode, RFID, labeling, and data capture solutions. The deal expands TRG’s endpoint lifecycle management platform with complementary hardware, consumables, software, and technical services, and strengthens TRG’s presence in the U.S. Southeast. Financial terms were not disclosed.
