Gen Cap America, a Nashville-based private equity firm, has acquired Eastern Business Forms (EBF), a Greenville, South Carolina manufacturer of 903 filter paper used in newborn screening diagnostics. The deal was completed in partnership with EBF management as a platform acquisition; terms were not disclosed.
