Gentiva completed its acquisition of ProMedica’s home health, palliative, and hospice business after receiving required regulatory approvals. The deal brings more than 4,000 ProMedica associates into Gentiva, expanding Gentiva’s hospice, palliative and home-health footprint and rebranding many locations under Gentiva/Heartland brands.
