Soutron Global, a portfolio company backed by Bloom Equity Partners and Atlasview Equity Partners, has acquired Auto-Graphics, Inc. (parent: Agent Information Software, Inc.) in a take‑private, add‑on transaction that expands Soutron’s library management and resource‑sharing SaaS capabilities. The deal consolidates Auto‑Graphics’ large North American library customer base (over 6,000 libraries) into Soutron’s platform to accelerate product capability expansion and market penetration.

Netrix Global Acquires U.S. IT Services Business from Ricoh USA, Inc.

Netrix Global has acquired the U.S.-based IT Services business (ITS) of Ricoh USA, Inc., expanding Netrix's managed services, cloud, infrastructure and collaboration offerings and broadening its geographic reach across the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic and Southeast. The deal brings Ricoh's ITS team and customer base into Netrix's cybersecurity and digital transformation platform and is intended to increase scale, technical specialization, and investment in product and talent.

Acacia Research Acquires Printronix Holding Corp.

Acacia Research Corporation acquired Printronix Holding Corp. for $33 million in cash, a purchase price of approximately 3.6x Printronix's adjusted EBITDA for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2021. Printronix, a manufacturer and distributor of industrial impact (line matrix) printers, consumables and services serving healthcare, food & beverage, manufacturing and logistics end markets, will be integrated into Acacia's permanent-capital platform to pursue growth and product expansion.

PDFTron Systems Acquires iText Group NV

PDFTron Systems Inc. has acquired iText Group NV, the leading open-source PDF technology company, combining complementary PDF libraries and server-side processing capabilities to create a larger document processing technology platform. The deal (announced April 5, 2022) follows PDFTron's strategic growth investment from Thoma Bravo and Silversmith Capital Partners and brings the combined organization to more than 315 employees serving thousands of enterprise customers.

Standex International Acquires Tenibac-Graphion, Inc.
