Global Sciences Holdings Acquires Go Fast Sports & Beverage Company

Global Sciences Holdings, a subsidiary of CBD Global Sciences Inc., has acquired 100% of Go Fast Sports & Beverage Company. The transaction closed September 29, 2023 for $1.2 million (paid with cash and short-term notes) and will allow Global Sciences to add the Go Fast energy drink brand to its manufacturing and distribution portfolio as it pursues broader international expansion.
