GlobalLogic Inc. has acquired Skookum, a Charlotte-based digital strategy, design and development firm. Skookum will continue to operate under its existing leadership as a wholly owned subsidiary, expanding GlobalLogic’s design and engineering capabilities and strengthening its presence in the eastern U.S.; terms were not disclosed.
