GME Supply Co., a Platte River Equity portfolio company, has acquired TEAM-1 Academy, a Burlington, Ontario-based safety and rescue training provider and equipment distributor. The acquisition expands GME's footprint into Canada and adds GWO-certified at-height training and complementary equipment capabilities to better serve wind, telecommunications and hazardous-materials customers.
