GMS Inc. has completed the acquisitions of Engler, Meier & Justus, Inc. (EMJ) in the Chicago area and Blair Building Materials, Inc. in Maple, Ontario, expanding its North American footprint. The deals (closed April 3, 2023) strengthen GMS's commercial interior and exterior product offerings and extend service reach in the greater Chicago and Toronto markets.
