Goldsky Resources Corp has closed its previously announced acquisition of Elemental Royalty Corporation’s Nordic business unit, including regional infrastructure in northern Sweden, an exploration camp, exploration equipment inventory, and its seasoned Nordic technical team. The deal includes staged payments totaling SEK 3,247,000 (about US$360,000), with payments split between cash and Goldsky common shares, and Elemental retaining a 1% net smelter return royalty on new organically generated projects in Sweden and Finland for five years.
