Government Brands Acquires AutoMon

Government Brands, a PE-backed provider of government SaaS (backed by PSG and TPG), has acquired AutoMon, a Scottsdale, Arizona-based provider of cloud-based case management and administrative solutions for probation, pretrial, specialty court, re-entry, and diversion programs. The deal is an add-on to Government Brands' government software platform, expanding its capabilities in corrections and community supervision case management.
