GovExec acquired CJIS GROUP, a long-standing provider of RFP and procurement data for the state and local market, with financial support from private equity firm Growth Catalyst Partners. GovExec will integrate CJIS GROUP’s procurement data into The Atlas' MarketEdge platform to strengthen its pre-RFP intelligence and sales/marketing offerings for the state and local government sector.
