GPS Insight, an Accel-KKR portfolio company, acquired Certified Tracking Solutions (Titan GPS) from middle‑market PE firm HKW to expand its fleet management and telematics capabilities and extend its reach into Canada. The deal adds ELD-certified solutions, specialty tracking, Bluetooth asset tracking, and field operations tools to GPS Insight's suite of SaaS fleet and field service management products.

Gary Fitzgerald will continue as CEO of the combined business, which together serves over 11,000 accounts and more than 225,000 vehicles across North America.
