GracoRoberts has acquired New York-based Styles Aviation, Inc. (dba SkyGeek.com) to expand its global ecommerce capabilities and deepen its offerings in the aerospace MRO segment. The deal, supported by GracoRoberts' private equity sponsor CM Equity Partners, brings SkyGeek's extensive online portfolio and Northeastern U.S. distribution hub into the combined company.

GracoRoberts Acquires UK-based Silmid Limited

GracoRoberts, a PE-backed specialty chemicals distributor, has agreed to acquire UK-based Silmid Limited to expand its global aerospace distribution footprint into the UK and Europe. The deal adds Silmid's ecommerce platform, a 24,000 sq. ft. UK warehouse and complementary aerospace specialty chemicals capabilities; CM Equity Partners supported the transaction as GracoRoberts' private equity sponsor.

The Blackhawk Group Acquires Glendale Aero Services' MRO Business

The Blackhawk Group, a portfolio company of New State Capital Partners, has acquired the Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) business of Glendale Aero Services and will rebrand the operation as a Blackhawk Performance Center (BPC-Glendale). The acquisition expands The Blackhawk Group’s Performance Center network and adds specialized Cirrus SR/Vision Jet and Cessna MRO, CAPS and avionics capabilities; Glendale’s Director of Maintenance, John Fisher, will remain in place. Terms were not disclosed.

Aero Accessories Acquires AOG Accessories

Terms were not disclosed; the deal adds AOG's MRO capabilities (pneumatic, fuel, power generation, electromechanical, hydraulic, oxygen and galley components) to Aero Accessories' platform to accelerate capability and product offering expansion and strengthen customer relationships in the U.S. and internationally.

Aerox Aerospace Group Acquires Omnigas Systems
