Gravity 360 Acquires Med-Lake Laboratory to Expand Diagnostics Platform in Georgia and Alabama

Gravity 360, the parent company of Gravity Diagnostics, acquired Med-Lake Laboratory, a full-service clinical laboratory based in Milledgeville, Georgia. The acquisition expands Gravity’s diagnostics-driven healthcare platform into Georgia and Alabama and allows Med-Lake to continue operating under its existing team while benefiting from Gravity’s purchasing scale, compliance programs, and revenue-cycle infrastructure.
