Greenlight Health Data Solutions and Pattern Health have merged, with the combined company continuing under the Greenlight Health Data Solutions name. Ed Barber, co-founder and CEO of Pattern Health, will lead the combined company as CEO, while Greenlight founder Steve Malik will be majority owner and chairman; the merger is supported by a $6 million investment to expand sales and marketing and accelerate product capabilities for life sciences, CROs and insurers.
