GrubMarket Acquires Coast Citrus Distributors

GrubMarket has completed the acquisition of San Diego-based Coast Citrus Distributors, a national importer and distributor of tropical produce and specialty vegetables. The deal brings Coast Citrus' national footprint, grower relationships, ripening/packing capabilities and fleet into GrubMarket's technology-enabled food supply chain platform to expand its produce distribution and logistics capabilities across the U.S.
