Lincoln Road Acquires Silversand Services and SLI Landscape; Combines with Zodega Landscaping

Lincoln Road Global Management acquired Silversand Services and SLI Landscape and combined them with its existing platform, Zodega Landscaping, to form a consolidated commercial landscaping provider in Texas. The combined Silversand Services business, led by CEO Rob Dihu, will serve over 1,500 customers across Greater Houston, Dallas-Fort Worth and Bryan-College Station; financial terms were not disclosed.

eBay Inc. Acquires GSI Commerce

eBay Inc. completed its acquisition of GSI Commerce, purchasing all outstanding shares for $29.25 per share (approximately $2.4 billion) and making GSI a separate business unit. The deal included subsequent divestitures of GSI's licensed sports merchandise business and partial interests in ShopRunner and Rue La La to a holding company led by GSI founder Michael Rubin.

GSI Commerce Acquires ClearSaleing

Spatial Business Systems, a portfolio company of Peak Rock Capital, has acquired GeoSpatial Innovations, Inc. (GSI), a provider of distribution design and vegetation management software for the power and utility industry. The add-on acquisition, which closed January 2, 2026, expands SBS’s intelligent design platform with GSI’s cloud-based Distribution Design Studio (DDS) and mobile Forester field offerings to better serve utilities and infrastructure customers across North America and Europe.

ASG (Alpine Investors Portfolio) Acquires Sierra Interactive
