Guardian Access Solutions Acquires VP Access Gate Systems

Guardian Access Solutions, a portfolio company of Brixey & Meyer Capital, has acquired VP Access Gate Systems from Val and Paula Moliere. The add-on expands Guardian’s presence in the greater Atlanta market and adds custom automated gate system capabilities; Val Moliere will join Guardian to oversee the Georgia custom automated gate division.
