H.I.G. Capital, through an affiliate, has completed the acquisition of Northwest Pump and Equipment Co., a distributor and service provider to fueling stations, EV charging infrastructure and other industrial customers across the Western United States. The company, founded in 1959, operates approximately 20 branch locations with ~350 employees and serves nearly 6,000 customers; H.I.G. intends to support organic and inorganic growth to expand product and service offerings and geographic density.

H.I.G. Capital Acquires CLC Group Limited

An affiliate of H.I.G. Capital has acquired CLC Group Limited from the Armitage Family Trust, with the Armitage family trust and CLC management reinvesting alongside H.I.G. The UK-based property and asset refurbishment provider operates roughly 15 branches and offers refurbishment, electrical and fire protection services to social housing, local government, defence, hospitality and utilities clients; H.I.G. intends to support service and geographic expansion and pursue add-on acquisitions.

The carved-out business, which trades under City Plumbing Supplies and Plumbing Trade Solutions and operates more than 350 branches across the UK and Ireland with over 3,000 employees, will be transitioned to an independent company to accelerate customer-focused growth under H.I.G.'s ownership.
