H2 Equity Partners Acquires Optegra International Limited

H2 Equity Partners has exchanged contracts to acquire Optegra International Limited, a pan‑European ophthalmology group operating 23 eye hospitals across the United Kingdom, Czech Republic and Poland. Completion is subject to regulatory conditions and expected early 2021; H2 will partner with CEO Dr Peter Byloos and management to execute Optegra's growth strategy and expand its eye‑care services.
