HBM Holdings Acquires HarperLove from Graycliff Partners

HBM Holdings has acquired HarperLove, a Charlotte-based provider of specialty adhesives, performance additives and wet-strength resins for the corrugated packaging industry. The company was previously a portfolio company of Graycliff Partners; HarperLove's management team will remain in place and terms were not disclosed.
