HCAP Partners Forms PAX Health Through Acquisition of Behavioral Medicine Associates, Work Comp Psych Net and Reservoir Health

HCAP Partners, with co-investment from funds managed by Hamilton Lane, led the acquisition and combination of Behavioral Medicine Associates (BMA), Workers Compensation Psychological Network (WCPN) and Reservoir Health to form PAX Health. The deal creates a scaled behavioral health platform focused on Medicaid, workers' compensation and other underserved patient populations across the Northeastern United States and will support expansion of telehealth and in-person services.
