Med-Metrix, a PE-backed revenue cycle management (RCM) platform, has acquired Healthcare Receivable Specialists, Inc. (HRSI), a Philadelphia-area provider of Medicaid eligibility and patient access services. The add-on expands Med-Metrix's end-to-end RCM capabilities and is backed by A&M Capital Partners; financial terms were not disclosed.

ModivCare Acquires VRI, Leading Remote Patient Monitoring Provider

ModivCare Inc. has completed the acquisition of VRI Intermediate Holdings, LLC (VRI) for approximately $315 million, adding a national remote patient monitoring and medication management platform to its supportive care offerings. The deal (previously announced and financed with committed debt) expands ModivCare’s capabilities and total addressable market by integrating VRI’s RPM technology, data analytics, and recurring-services model while VRI will continue operating from its Franklin, Ohio headquarters.

CCMR3 Acquires HealthCare-I, L.L.C.
