Zendesk, Inc. has completed its acquisition by an investor group led by Hellman & Friedman and Permira in an all-cash transaction valuing the company at approximately $10.2 billion. Under the merger agreement, Zendesk shareholders received $77.50 per share, and Zendesk became privately held and ceased trading on the NYSE.
