Zendesk Terminates Acquisition of Momentive

Zendesk, Inc. terminated its Agreement and Plan of Merger to acquire Momentive Global Inc. in an all-stock transaction after it did not receive approval from its stockholders to issue the required shares at the special stockholder meeting on February 25, 2022. The deal was originally announced as a definitive agreement entered in October 2021, subject to stockholder and other customary closing conditions.
