HelpSystems Acquires Outflank

HelpSystems acquired Amsterdam-based Outflank to expand its Offensive Security capabilities, adding Outflank’s adversary simulation services, specialist training, and the Outflank Security Tooling (OST) SaaS offering. The acquisition brings advanced red teaming expertise and tooling into HelpSystems’ cybersecurity portfolio to better support financial institutions, multinational firms, and other enterprise customers.
