HH Global Group Limited completed its acquisition of InnerWorkings, Inc., valuing InnerWorkings at approximately $3.00 per share in a cash transaction announced July 2020 and closed October 1, 2020. The deal combines HH Global's outsourced marketing execution capabilities with InnerWorkings' creative, print, direct mail and branded merchandise services to create a global end-to-end marketing solutions provider.
