Higginbotham Acquires EZ CERT Franchise Certificate Tracking Service from Program Insurance Group

Higginbotham has acquired the EZ CERT franchise certificate tracking service from Program Insurance Group (home of EZ CERT) and formed a new association with the Georgetown, Texas agency. The move brings EZ CERT’s certificate-tracking capabilities and client base into Higginbotham’s national insurance, financial and HR services platform to expand capabilities and deliver franchise compliance services at scale.
