Capital, has completed the acquisition of Plumbworld Limited, a leading UK e-commerce retailer of bathroom, kitchen, plumbing and heating products. The add-on deal strengthens Highbourne's omni-channel capabilities and expands its footprint across the UK and Ireland to serve both trade and retail customers.
