Highlander Partners Acquires Liteye Systems

Highlander Partners, through its newly formed High Point Aerotechnologies division, acquired Liteye Systems, a U.S.-based developer and integrator of counter-unmanned aircraft systems (C-UAS). The transaction marks the first investment by High Point as Highlander pursues a buy-and-build strategy to create a platform in the C-UAS/UAS and related defense markets to support government and military customers.
