Hillman Acquires OZCO Building Products

The Hillman Companies, Inc. has acquired OZCO Building Products, a U.S. manufacturer of ornamental wood ties and outdoor structural connectors with approximately $18 million in annual net revenue. OZCO will operate within Hillman’s Hardware Solutions business, with OZCO founder Ian Hill remaining on the senior leadership team to help extend OZCO's patented product portfolio across Hillman’s distribution network.
