The Hillman Companies, Inc. has acquired OZCO Building Products, a U.S. manufacturer of ornamental wood ties and outdoor structural connectors with approximately $18 million in annual net revenue. OZCO will operate within Hillman’s Hardware Solutions business, with OZCO founder Ian Hill remaining on the senior leadership team to help extend OZCO's patented product portfolio across Hillman’s distribution network.

Hillman Solutions Corp. Acquires Intex DIY, Inc.

Hillman Solutions Corp. (Nasdaq: HLMN) has acquired Intex DIY, Inc., a supplier and manufacturer of wiping cloths, consumable rags and cleaning textiles, to expand its Protective Solutions business. The bolt-on acquisition—made through Hillman’s wholly-owned subsidiary Big Time Products, LLC—adds Intex’s product suite and manufacturing/distribution capabilities (a facility outside Atlanta, Georgia) to Hillman’s portfolio; financial terms were not disclosed.

Koch Companies Acquires Store Opening Solutions (SOS)

Koch Companies has acquired Store Opening Solutions (SOS) from Marmon Holdings, expanding Koch's warehousing, fulfillment and retail-oriented logistics capabilities. The acquisition, which brings SOS's Murfreesboro-based operations and multiple regional locations into Koch Logistics, doubles Koch's nationwide warehouse footprint and strengthens its retail services offering.

Columbus McKinnon reiterated that it expects to close its previously announced acquisition of Kito Crosby in the first quarter of calendar year 2026 while working through U.S. DOJ antitrust review. To help simplify the combined portfolio and reduce debt, it also entered into a definitive agreement to divest its U.S. power chain hoist and chain manufacturing operations from its Damascus, Virginia and Lexington, Tennessee facilities to an affiliate of Pacific Avenue Capital Partners for $210 million plus up to $25 million in earn out.

The company — headquartered in Wilmington, Massachusetts with over 700 employees — will operate as a standalone business under existing management to accelerate growth and expand its separation technology offerings across food & beverage, dairy, life science and industrial markets.
