Hiniker Company Acquires Daniels Plows

Hiniker Company, a portfolio company of family office Kinperium Industries, has acquired Daniels Plows, a Holland, Michigan-based manufacturer of heavy-duty snowplows, effective November 22, 2024. The acquisition brings Daniels into the Hiniker product line to expand heavy-equipment and airport snow removal offerings and create synergies with United Rotary Brush and Hiniker's dealer network.
