HLB Lighting Design has merged with CS Design, a Montreal-based architectural lighting design firm. CS Design will operate under the HLB brand and founder Conor Sampson will join HLB as a Principal. The deal expands HLB's presence in Canada and strengthens its global architectural lighting design capabilities.
